 Locally established Lower Eastside resident Joe Foti has been providing quality apartment renovations to his neighbors for the past 20 years. Joe along with his partner, Valerica Deaconu, have become the leaders in apartment renovations on the lower east side, especially the East River, Seward Park, and Hillman apartment complexes.

  As a young boy Joe washed windows and shoveled cars out of the snow for his neighbors. He began doing small painting and handyman projects with his older brother Robert Joseph Foti and their longtime friend Vali. Slowly they began to acquire more jobs, employees, and skills and before long the projects grew in scale, and they became licensed contractors.
